Having realistic expectations of your baby on day one, day two, and onward until your milk is abundant aids breastfeeding success.
Because of this, I encourage you to learn what you can about breastfeeding before your baby arrives.
I encourage you to reach out for support as soon as you experience difficulty. Breastfeeding does not always come easily. The sooner you find comfort and confidence the better.
